1. General Information

The products are manufactured using additive manufacturing technology. This production process may result in visible layer lines, micro-irregularities, or surface variations. These characteristics are inherent to the manufacturing technique and shall not be considered defects or lack of conformity. By purchasing the product, the customer acknowledges and accepts these characteristics.

2. Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed directly through the website.

Payments are accepted through the available payment methods indicated on the website (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc.).

An order shall be considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.

3. Shipping

Shipping is available within Italy via tracked courier service.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and destination. On average: 3–5 business days for production/preparation, plus courier delivery times.

I shall not be held responsible for delays caused by external circumstances beyond my control (such as strikes, logistical issues, etc.).

4. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days only for non-customized products not made through the configurator and not commissioned on request.

Returns will not be accepted in the event of missing components; in such cases, only the missing or affected part will be replaced and shipped.

The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Refunds apply only to the standard product price and do not include express shipping costs.

For products made to measure or clearly customized according to the specifications selected by the User through the online configurator (such as dimensions, shape, color combinations, finishes, engravings, etc.), pursuant to Article 59(c) of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal is excluded. The User’s rights relating to the legal guarantee of conformity remain unaffected.

The configured product is made to order and customized according to the specifications requested by the customer through the online configurator.

Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for customized or made-to-measure products.

By confirming the order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

5. Customization Services

Upon request, customized products can be created and a personalized quotation will be provided.

In these cases, returns and refunds are not available.

6. Limitation of Liability

I shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

Products must be used according to their intended purpose (e.g. bag, decorative storage item, etc.).

7. Changes to the Terms

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review them periodically.
