Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are carefully handcrafted and shipped within 1–5 business days from payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.

As these are handmade products, processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the item and the current order volume.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Shipments are handled through selected courier services.

Estimated delivery times are generally:

  • Italy: 2–4 business days from shipment

  • International: 2–7 business days, depending on the destination country

These delivery times are estimates only and are not binding, as delays may occur due to circumstances beyond the seller’s control, including courier delays, holidays, strikes, or exceptional events.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once the package has been handed over to the courier, the customer will receive an email containing the tracking number to monitor the shipment status.

5. Returns, Withdrawal, and Refunds

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation (Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 – Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, except where exclusions provided by law apply.

Returned products must be:

  • Intact and unused

  • Complete with any accessories and original packaging

  • Properly packed to prevent damage during transport

Custom-Made and Personalized Handmade Items

Please note that products made to measure, personalized, or modified upon customer request may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

The refund applies exclusively to the value of the purchased products.

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of withdrawal, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or where liability is attributable to the seller.
